Let’s talk about travelling to two very different climates in ONE trip! ☀️We started our trip in sunny, sweaty South East Asia where we wore shorts and tanks every day, and ended in snowy Japan! ❄️We spent every single day here wearing almost matching outfits: black puffy coats, jeans, running shoes and toques. It was pretty funny to say the least. 🙈 . . ↠ Our Tip: With smart packing, and the right basics, it’s definitely possible to do trips like this. ☀️❄️ The puffy down jackets we brought were amaaazing. They are warm but can be squished waaaaay down in your packs. ▵ We truly love mountains and we couldn’t ask for a better day to see Mount Fuji! When we first arrived, we were lucky enough to see the whole thing including the peak. In the time it took for us to get out our camera and set it up for a picture, the clouds moved in! ▵ Oh well, we’re happy to have seen it with our own eyes and hoping you will get to see it one day too! ♡ . . . ↠ Our Tip: If you want an unobstructed view of the mountain, go early in the morning. 👋🏻Hellooo! Long time, no post! To be honest, we haven’t been posting on Instagram in the last week because we’ve just been having way too much fun in Japan. And that is something we will NOT be apologizing for! Sometimes you just need to take a break from social media and focus on being in the here and now. ✨ . . ↟ In Hakone, we spent one night in a ryokan; defined as a traditional Japanese Inn that has been around since the 8th century! They gave us a yukata (think of it as a casual kimono) to wear which was actually sooo comfortable, not to mention stylish. ☼ After 27 days in the Philippines, we have officially moved on to Japan!!!
